Did I here correctly, that a retired green beret who participated in Operation Tailwind is suing CNN over their slanderous and irresponsible article on the use of nerve gas? I think he is in one of the photographs which appeared in the CNN/Time Magazine " news " piece. I saw Chris Matthews report the filing of this lawsuit on 8-6-98, and he ( CNBC ) showed the photograph on television.
