The Partisan Political Florida Judiciary was finally put in it's place by the Supreme Court of The United States. The Florida Supreme Court ( The Florida Supreme Court is The Most Corrupt in History! ( 12-8-2000 ) ) resurrected the old Democrat Machine Party Politics temporarily, trying to influence the national presidential election, but when they disregarded a rebuke from the federal body ( Two Strikes You're Out! ( 12-4-2000 ) ) and set out to manufacture more votes for it's tainted living God Pharoah replacement ( The Fox puts Gore votes on the Henhouse menu? ( 12-9-2000 ) ); the Supreme Supremes had to give the Florida Kangaroo Court the back of it's hand, and stay the faux hand recount about to be orchestrated until the case can be heard on Monday.
What this means in plain English is that the state-wide counts all stop immediately and may not begin until ordered by the federal court, as this stay order has the same force as the one which vacated the Florida court's original screw-ball ruling extending the deadline. When the Supreme Court files a stay, it has to have a majority of the justices in tentitive agreement to rule in the plantiff's ( The Bush Campaign ) favor; so on it's very face, a negative connotation could be drawn ( The Al Gore Bingo Hall Putsch must not be allowed to stand! ( 11-16-2000 ) ).
I see it this way. The Gore Campaign lost the first night and the Gore Campaign lost after the first automatic machine recount. The Gore Campaign then made a conscious decision to back hand counting the four most Democrat packed counties instead of hand counting all 67. I think this was their first mistake. The Gore Campaign then questionably had the Florida Supreme court extend the deadline during which protests are processed; I believe so they wouldn't be labeled as losers by the media ( who labelled them as that already, ofcourse ). I think this was their second mistake. The Gore Campaign was then exposed as misquoting and misciting certain decisions ( Illinois? ), and backing but not backing other dubious borderline frivilous lawsuits as well ( The New Dennis Fung(s)? ( 12-3-2000 ) ). By starting off the whole process trying to cheat, through counting those four Democrat counties, Volusia, Broward, Palm Beach and Miami-Dade instead of calling for a statewide hand recount ( not faking it by waiting until it was too late and then calling for it when you knew it couldn't be completed? ), THE GORE TEAM NOW ARRIVES TO EVERY HEARING WITH UNCLEAN HANDS! Additionally, by shortening the contest time, they may have robbed themselves of any chance at further contest proceedings. I contend that they should have let Secretary of State Katherine Harris certify the election, at the state law directed official time, and then filed a contest, having several weeks to dissect the ballots like placenta statewide?
Now the Democrats cry and whine about running out of time. Well, the joke is on them ( President Al Gore Junior Nick Names? ( 12-2-2000 ) ) as they gobbled up all their time early before the contest period even started. How does that old saying go: YOU BUTTER YOUR BREAD AND I WILL LAY IN IT?
After their KANGAROO COURT HOPPED yesterday ( Am I the only one who sees something wrong with a Mayor Daley strutting up to the microphone proclaiming like Caligula, " Let the counting begin "? ), the RATS WERE REALLY SQUEAKING and making light of Bush attorney Phil Beck's altruistic heartfelt court room performance in front of Leon County Judge Terry Lewis last night, in mass; evidently they didn't take notice of his past professional performances ( Exterminating The Rats? ( 12-3-2000 ) )? MSNBC's Ratthews mugged, " Phil Beck was a little meandering out there...he seemed confused at times ". KEEP IT UP PHIL, IT IS WORKING GREAT!
Later last night on the Fox News Network Laura Ingraham tied with Chris Matthews for the line of the day, " I think they have created a Little Shop of Horrors down ther in Florida, that the Supreme Court of the United States is going to slap down and slap down hard ". RATMAN said later on MSNBC, " The Supremes in Florida are kinda' like the Greenwich Village Democrat Club ". Honorable mention went to John Fund of the Journal which arrives too late to be of use to me, with, " Don't count your chads before they hatch ". So true, so true, SO SORRY...
This morning the travelling Gore vote harvesting show was if full bloom; too bad the sun never came out. The Democrat counties were all reaping or sowing, while the GOP ones were trying to figure out if, where and how to start; they didn't have to wait long for the Supreme Court to put a stop to the craziness. The problem was that the Democrats had already violated Judge Terry Lewis' order not to report partial numbers ( whether they be DIRTYcRAT LIES or not ). I believe this violation was part of their initial strategy as well, trying to sway the vast negative poll numbers Gore has been recording since he took back his concession speech and began to try to steal the election from the rightful winner.
James Baker said, " We are pleased...the partial manual recount designed by the Florida Supreme Court will not continue ".
Ron Klain of the Gore Campaign slithered out from his hole to probably violate a court order by disclosing some partial so-called recount numbers. Klain offered up some rather dubious sounding specific number totals and said ( misled? ), " We were clearly on the path to pull ahead with the counts underway ". Of note, James Baker did not offer any numbers at all! Klain was asked by a reporter if he was not supposed to give partial tallies? Klain, responded with baloney, " That wasn't a tally, it was an estimate "?
CAN YOU BELIEVE THE NERVE OF THESE DIRTYcRATS?
Phil Beck brought up the issue with Judge Terry Lewis in an interesting hearing where the judge was on a conference call telephone. Beck pointed out, " The Gore Campaign is releasing numbers ". Mitch Berger for the Gore Campaign countered with a words parsing rationalization ( lie? ), " We did not understand it to be a gag order ", and, " Canvassing Boards were not to release numbers ". He then went on to accuse the Bush lawyers of doing the same thing, but that was such an obvious lie that I assume Lewis ignored it. This type of LIE, DENY AND STICK TO IT, has become the norm for these DIRTYcRATS!
Judge Lewis warned, " The parties would be wise not to cross the line Justice Scalia has stated ". The RATS are lucky this time, as the order was probably voided, after the Supreme Court vacated this latest Florida Court concoction!
FOX WAS THE ONLY MEDIA OUTLET AVAILABLE TO THE MASSES WHICH COVERED THIS. Kudos to Fox News Network.
No matter which one of these candidates eventually is sworn in as our president, we will have to embrace him as such!
