Change Of Tune?

One Yugoslavian sheepishly admits to misleading me.

Back last summer, a Yugoslavian professional of the medical school graduate variety, made me aware of the situation in Kosovo. It prompted me to write: He who hesitates, is lost. ( 9-23-98 ) . Obviously, I have proven wrong about the inaction or actions taken by the new one world goverment ( NATO ), though someone may disagree with me about whether or not independence for Kosovo from the Yugoslav Republic has been " lost ".

Anyhow, this person made me aware of the population mix of Kosovo and the prior infrastructure problems made worse by the Milosevic controlled government. What they didn't make me aware of, was the recent history of this supposed majority of ethnic Albanians in Kosovo province.

Yesterday, I had the occasion to have a short conversation with this person. The first thing I said was, " You didn't tell me the whole truth last year about Kosovo ". I continued to impart that I dug up information and pictures of Islamic Nazi SS volunteers who, along with their murdering German partners, conducted a campaign of genocide in Kosovo to rid the area of it's Serbian population. I pointed out that before they were done killing one and a half million Jews, Gypsies and Serbs; Kosovo's population had a Serbian majority. She agreeed with me, but said, " That was a long time ago ". I said, that it was a legitimate part of their history and it couldn't be ignored. Her response to me was the old, " the enemy of my enemy, is my friend " routine. She did not argue with my statement that before the World War II era murder of innocent Serbian civilians in Kosovo, the Serbs were the vast majority in Kosovo, similar to the numbers that pundits like to quote about the Kosovar Albanians right now! See: Clinton White House Backs Nazi Butchers From World War II! ( 4-2-99 ) for a more complete story and photographs.

She didn't argue with my assessment of the Mussolini backed fascists from Albania joining the Third Reich in trying to create a " Greater Albania " on the Kosovo province territory, as well. Neither did she argue about the Muslim clerics beating and urinating on the Orthodox leader of Pristina in the city square a few years back, nor the fact that the percentage of Serbs to Albanians in Kosovo was more like fifty-fifty until the 1980s, early 1990s.

This educated professional had no knowledge of the low sulphur coal and/or minerals in Kosovo, but that part of my assessment, the Indonesia/Utah/Kosovo coal thing, may be a bit of a stretch. I still contend that there is something fishy going on. Why wasn't our base in Tuzla dismantled and the troops in Bosnia brought home to the United States on time? Why was Secretary Ron Brown flying into the Balkans with a bunch of mining executives, just to crash under possibly suspicious circumstances? These are questions which deserve a full and complete answer.

Do you have the answers? I sure don't. Keep questioning the liberal American news media spin about all of this and you will be okay. Blindly believe what you are spoon fed by the Clinton/DNC/NATO/Whitehouse media spinmeisters and you might as well have your head stuck in the sand.
