Ask ten mainstream media company employees which party's candidates they voted for in the last election and eight out of ten of them will give you the same answer, ' Democrat '. Nobody can deny this phenomenon; so it is of no big surprize that the vast majority of broadcast and cable television politics-based shows have an extremely left wing liberal Democrat bias. This Sunday was no exception; in the attacks waged on GOP primary candidates for their party's nomination and the touchie-feelie supporting type phoney criticism offered up as a faux campaign spot for their beloved Democrat party candidates. Both ' Eat The ( GOP? ) Guest ' and ' The Weak Who Worship Cokie Roberts ' have become nearly unwatchable, unless ofcourse, you are an ethically and morally challenged bleeding heart liberal, salivating at the opportunity for a chance to hear more Democrat war whoops and/or some newly contrived misleading lies about Republicans, masquerading as political discourse!
*' Eat The Guest ' was on live from Iowa, to give it an air of legitimacy, as the Iowa Caucus is tomorrow, January 24th. Two Democrat senators, Tom Harkin from Iowa and Bob Kerrey from Nebraska ( presumably because he is from another " farm " state and he is a Bradley supporter ) had a fake political arguement, obviously designed to prop up the rigor-mortised statuary VPOTUS form of Al Gore. It was almost laughable, if it wasn't so sad, when Tim Russert guided them into a little scripted skit about a misleading Gore attack ad on Bill Bradley ( so, what else is new? ). The paid political campaign ad attacks Bradley for not voting yes on an amendment which never made it into the bill, as if it was the bill itself. This is typical Clinton/Gore Administration double-talk, propaganda designed to continue the current administration's reign of terror, translated to run on the small screen of your television. These Clinton/Gore cronies will stop at nothing to hawk for their fearless leader, who just happens to be their current meal ticket or future Minister of Quid Pro Quos! After the two kissed, hugged and made up, Russert turned to another Clinton/DNC/Whitehouse declared politically correct topic, Elian Gonzalez ( oh please, not again...and don't throw me in the briar patch either ). Easily predictable when asked about the little boy's disposition, Tom Harkin expoused the standard DNC decreed response of, " leave it to the courts ". Even though he has announced his retirement this year, Kerrey was not far away from Harkin, with a non-committal answer, including the highly wafflable statement, " I think a child should be with his father "?
Keeping in his pro-Democrat and anti-Republican mode, Russert had the king of Republican dirt throwing, Steve Forbes on to attack George Bush for a while. Forbes echoed his tired old lines of; 1) " If you want politics as usual, you will get politics as usual from George Bush ", and 2) " I am an outsider ". Forbes didn't forget to mention his pro-life mantra, as well.
To round out his DNC love it or leave it Sunday spinmeister-fest, Russert added the contemptible Tom Brokaw to his always unbalanced imitation political round table. I have lost all respect, I may have not had in the beginning, for the DNC lapdog Brokaw sinced he talked over Republican Representitive J.C. Watts's speech at the 1996 GOP Convention. Brokaw didn't realize that folks saw through his ruse to trivialize black conservatives, as the partisan liberal Democrat action it truely was! Brokaw, being the type person who would do or say absolutely anything for the benfit of his precious liberal socialist wing of the morally bankrupt Democrat party, his remarks this Sunday bear no repeating.
*' The Weak ' badgered George Bush for three quarters of an hour with hypotheticals so convoluted that nobody could have answered them, from his stance on abortion to his position on lowering federal taxes if elected president. The round table discussion they had afterwards was so milk-toast as to be soggy!
Remember, the Clinton/DNC/Whitehouse conspiracy of ' win at all costs ', created the official spinmeister ( paid good liar ) position. The media themselves sit, stay and heel for their beloved Democrat masters without the least bit of coercion!
