Chicken Chung-mein?

They can muzzle Representitive Christopher Cox and Senator Fred Thompson, but not Larry Klayman and Judicial Watch.

Fred Thompsons Senate Committee died the slow death of ' declared deadline ' delay, cover-up and generally sponsored Democrat deception; though it was the second coming of Senator John Glenn ( D ) .

Hey man, where the heck is the Cox Report? Remember...

The Select Committee on U.S. National Security and Military/Commercial Concerns with the People’s Republic of China

Mr. SOLOMON: Mr. Speaker, by direction of the Committee on Rules, I call up House Resolution 476 and ask for its immediate consideration.

The Clerk read the resolution, as follows:

H. Res. 476

Resolved, That upon the adoption of this resolution it shall be in order without intervention of any point of order to consider in the House the resolution (H. Res. 463) to establish the Select Committee on U.S. National Security and Military/Commercial Concerns With the People's Republic of China. The resolution shall be considered as read for amendment.

You say it's still classified? What are the Democrats trying to hide? Well, classify this!

It is being reported that, Magistrate John Facciola of Washington D.C. has authorized Larry Klayman's Judicial Watch organization a crack at deposing DNC money launderer, Johnny Chung ( yes, Chung was sentenced to five years probation after admitting that he made thirty thousand dollars in illegal contributions, including twenty thousand bucks to the 1996 Clinton/Gore re-election campaign ), who also has been called to testify on Capitol Hill. Klayman will get his chance to ask the questions the Democrats don't want the public to hear the answers to, after investigators from the House Governmental Reform Committee complete their interviews of him this week in California. The House committee plans to make Chung its star witness at a May hearing into the Chinese connections to the illegal 1996 Clinton/Gore campaign contributions, but we all know the way things get fogged up at those affairs.

Obviously The People's Republic of China disputes everything ( I can't say deny, because those guys are just as clever at parsing words in English as Clinton is ). A Red Chinese embassy spokesman in Washington D.C., Yu Shuning, said, " All these allegations about so-called Chinese government officials' political contributions into U.S. campaigns are sheer fabrications ". You know, they are always so polite when they lie to your face. Disgracefully, that lousey Red Chinese commie punk, Zhu Rongji, vomitted all over the American and international press, in denial of any knowledge of the evidence. If you have short term memory loss, see:Executive Disorder? ( 4-9-99 ) .

The liberal newspaper, The Los Angeles Times, has reported that Chung has told Federal investigators that China's chief military intelligence officer, Gen. Ji Shengde, sent him three hundred thousand dollars to give to the DNC to help with Clinton's re-election campaign. Chung has reportedly admitted receiving three hundred thousand dollars in illegal money to be laundered through the DNC and Clinton/Gore 1996 re-election campaign from Liu Chao-ying, who also is a lieutenant colonel in the ( Red Chinese ) People's Liberation Army. We do know Federal election records show that five weeks after receiving the money, Chung donated thirty-five thousand dollars in three checks to the DNC. We also know that he donated nearly four hundred thousand dollars to Democrat candidates and causes from 1994 to 1996, that had to be returned eventually.

Hopefully, Chung will answer Judicial Watch's questions and clear up some of this confusion. I mean, Trie and Huang should be made to tell all, as well. If not, there may be some very interesting hearings this spring and summer. If the powers that be have immunized Chung just to let us hear him cry in his egg-drop soup, some legislators will have a lot of questions to answer before the next election. Larry Klayman; we just hope he keeps it up!
