Henry Hyde introduced James Sensenbrenner, who did a chronology of the counts of perjury, " at least six times since January 17th " 1998. " The truth is the truth and a lie is a lie ", Sensenbrenner opined. Ed Bryant finished the first segment off with a history of the parties involved.

Asa Hutchinson began the second half of the day with a spirited chronicle of the obstruction of justice article. His presentation was very straight forward, " one lie leads to another...one obstruction leads to another ". He made excellent use of Vernon Jordan's own testimony to prove Clinton's intent and personal knowledge/orders as the architect to cover-up.

James Rogan of California took the spotlight in the afternoon and evening, concentrating on the perjury before the Grand Jury article. Rogan played the President's prepared statement in his Grand Jury appearence video tape and showed how it was perjureous. He called the President's conduct, " linguistic deconstruction of the English language " and exposed how ludicrous the whole " definition of the word is ", arguement was.
