The British have a slang expression, " to Nixon ". I assume, from hearing it's usage, that it means roughly, " to lie ". What will, " to Clinton ", eventually mean?

1) " TO PARSE WORDS ", in a completely ridiculous manner. Coming from his Paula Jones and Grand Jury testimony.

2) " TO LIE ", overtly and blantantly. Like from the President's January finger wagging public video tape.

3) " TO CHANGE THE SUBJECT ", in defense of the indefensible. From the Whitehouse tactic of attacking Ken Starr.

4) " TO DESTROY THE REPUTATION OF ", an innocent individual. As in the Whitehouse digging up dirt on Clinton's detractors.

5) " TO DELAY ", until the deadline runs out. Based on Whitehouse stone walling.

6) " TO HAVE AN ACCIDENT ", on purpose. Like the Whitehouse explanation of why 900+ FBI files wound up there.

7) " TO USE SOMEONE ", for your own gratification. As in Monica Lewinsky.

8) " TO COMMITT PERJURY ", and get away with it. See #1).
