Independent Counsel Robert Ray closed the Whitewater area of his investigation into the questionable business dealings of Bill and Hillary Clinton while they were still living ( slumming ) in Arkansas. Just so the Democrat gloating didn't raise to the level of the actually contrived jig which Adolf Hitler danced after the German army defeated France in 1940, Ray made it quite clear that there was INSUFFICIENT EVIDENCE or INSUFFICIENT EVIDENCE OF INTENT to charge either Clinton with crimes in the fiasco of the Arkansas bank and loan swindle, which cost the United States taxpaying public 70+ million dollars in bail out money ( curiously, about the same amount the people payed for the investigation, which was plagued with cover-ups and the witholding of evidence that led to it's high cost and long drawn out completion time ).
There was no proof of complete exhoneration or non-involvement; there was just a broad, sweeping gesture of the futility of trying to prosecute either one of the ( corrupt? ) couple in a court of law ( with the evidence staring you in the face, but the witnesses dropping like flies? )!
Still, there is much rejoycing in the land of penultimate panhandling as the new future possible Queen of Quid Pro Quos waits to be crowned Princess of The Big ( rotten? ) Apple state in November ( a loud long pre-election chuckle in the face of those liberal lemmings/sheep who are about to be played like the proverbial fiddle in electing an unqualified First Lady as their, gulp, Senator...). Not that her campaign needed a shot in the arm, as the DNC uber alles types in New York state want her so bad that they can taste him, but Mrs. Clinton's Senate bid just became as easy slum dunk ( that's NBA talk for it's in the hole )!
I do think the timing is quite suspect, though the complete details will not be released to the general public immediately and Bill Clinton is still left hanging on his possible, but not likely, indictment for his lying in the Monica Lewinsky affair(e).
I SMELL A RAT, as the FDIC did declare officially that Mrs. Clinton was at least partially responsible for the monetary loss, and subsequent bailout by the American people, of Madison Savings and Loan; and Mrs. Clinton's subpoenaed Rose Law Firm billing records were found in the residential portion of the White House, for Heaven's sake! Has this official whitewash now validated the DOG ATE MY HOMEWORK DEFENSE for both crooked lawyer and politician alike?
Conspiracy buffs may point to Republican candidate for the New York Senate seat Rick Lazio creaming Hillary Clinton in a recently televised debate last week and the need to deflect attention, which Ray supplied. I await the REAL OCTOBER SURPRIZE, which I predict will be a renewed military conflict with some DESIGNATED DESPOT ( other than our own ), most likely Saddam Hussein of Iraq. Ofcourse, this may be dependent on the way the pollaganda numbers look and how Al and Hillary are doing at the time; though, as Bill probably says privately, YOU CAN NEVER HAVE ENOUGH DOG WAGGING!
