Commissar RATrick Leahy showed that the members of the National Socialist Wing of the Democrat Party are interested only in digging up the most partisan political rancor as possible in creating an EXTREME ENVIRONMENT OF POLITICAL WARFARE against an incoming administration under George W. Bush dedicated to healing wounds and working together. These DIRTYcRAT BARNYARD ANIMALS IN THEIR RAT CAVE ( Senate Judiciary Committee ) will leave no dirt un-dug up and no stain unsmeared, when it comes to John Ashcroft. To cement their fortress walls of extreme left wing socialist rancor and offensive partisan political warfare, Chairman-for-four-more-days Leahy would not allow their RAT witness Ronnie White's testimony to be polluted by the actual truth or any other opinions, be they correct or not, by having him sit as a panel unto himself!
Judge ( and I use that term incredibly lightly and under extreme duress ) Ronnie White made a sticky sweet self serving opening statement which would have sounded better had it been made several decades ago during the heighth of the civil rights movement. His opinions and statements were empirical evidence in his own mind, as he bleated sheepishly, " I am just trying to set out some facts ". Crying the sourest of sour grapes of a man who feels wronged by the Senate in his failed federal judge confirmation and probably the Federal Judiciary, in not allowing the Democrats to manufacture votes for Al Gore in Florida, said, " I believe John Ashcroft seriously distorted my record ". This only falls slightly short of calling Ashcroft a liar, but he did repeat this, " seriously distorted ", line over and over again during his time on (DN)C-Span. This type of partisan political smearing by a sitting judge only proves his unsuitabliity for the federal bench and the double standards used by Democrats in dealing with extreme left wing liberals, as opposed to mainstream moderates or conservatives.
TOADY NOINTEGREDDY frogged about, " politics of personal destruction ", out of one side of this throat, while he croaked, " What has happened to you was the ugliest thing I have ever seen happen ", out of the other side. I guess the TOAD has forgotten what the DIRTYcRATS did to Robert Bork or what he has personally done to John Ashcroft over the last two days ( Oh, it must be those alcoholic blackouts acting up again? ).
Dianne Feinstein, who has bags under her eyes which look like those of a prize fighter who lost the bout, read twisted figures off a document which probably bore no more resemblence to reality than the DNC's skewed pollaganda numbers used by paid political spinmeisters.
Jon Kyl debunked any notion of racism, though not for the left wing liberal special interest groups eager only to get some media airtime and their twisted minority views heard, with, " No one ever mentioned your race. Many of us didn't even know your race until after the vote was over ".
Sc(h)um(er) cuddled the liberal activist judge with, " You are obviously a soft spoken man ". Oh yea, sure, right, whatever; speak softly but carry your PARTISAN DEMOCRAT RATNESS with you at all times? White hugged, " I don't think Senator Ashcroft is a racist, but...". He then repeated his DIRTYcRAT SMEAR LINE DU'JOUR, " I do believe he seriously distorted my record ".
THE DICK Durbin did his DNC smile like a reptile thing, playing to the integrity challenged liberal special interest groups who fuel his campaign coffers, " If he ( Ashcroft ) had looked at your record, he would never have said the things he did about you in the U.S. Senate ". Oh, so now THE DICK can read John Ashcroft's mind? I don't think so. John Ashcroft has more integrity in his little finger than all the Democrats on the Judiciary Committee combined. DICK is truely a RAT of the cheesiest kind!
I DON'T SEE WHAT HAVING SUCH AN OBVIOUSLY REVENGE MINDED INDIVIDUAL, WHO FEELS SO WRONGED BY ASHCROFT, POSSIBLY DO THE TESTILIE ROUTINE BEFORE A SENATE COMMITTEE? IT ONLY SOILS THE SENATE AND THE FEDERAL JUDICIARY FURTHER FOR THE TEMPORARILY DEMOCRAT CONTROLLED COMMITTE TO ENGAGE IN THIS TYPE OF KANGAROO COURT ACTION!
While the RATS squeaked foul play, the only thing foul to be found was the left over cheese orts sticking to their rodent paws. The GOP members refused to buy into the PARTISAN CIRCUS SIDE SHOW, not giving it the indignity it truely deserved. Instead, most of the Republicans either asked no questions or commented that they had problems with White's record and writings themselves personally.
Republican Jeff Sessions didn't want, " a liberal soft on crime America ", though again witness White vied for the Guiness world record of how many times an individual can say, " distort my record ", at one Senate hearing. Democrat Russel Feingold thought, " The rejection of your nomination was unjustified ", while Republican Sam Brownback opined the opposite, " There are challenges, and I believe legitimate ones...to a life time appointment ".
RATrick Leahy inserted left wing liberal editorials from newspapers sympathitic to the National Socialist Wing of the Democrat Party. He then launched into a tirade against Ashcroft, accusing him of the kind of political partisan smear actions the DIRTYcRATS call standard operating procedure!

Jerry Hunter, former Missouri Labor Secretary thought, " John Ashcroft was a person of integrity ". This black conservative would be a better role model than the likes of Jesse Jackson, Sheila Jackson Lee, Al Sharpton, Maxine Waters, or even Louis Farrakhan!!!
Frank Susman, attorney from St. Louis Missouri, was there to attack John Ashcroft's credibility and he admitted, " Send a message to our president-elect ".

Continuing the march of liberal special interest groups eager to get their two cents worth in on national television, Gloria Feldt, Planned Parenthood Federation of America President was, " very worried ( about Ashcroft ) ".
Chasing the RAT TAIL ( tale? ), Marcia Greenberger, National Women's Law Center Co-President was there to attack Ashcroft, as she obviously has yet to get over Al Gore losing the election and feels the need to payback the GOP for winning?
Colleen Campbell, Memory of Victims Everywhere San Juan Capistrano, California supported John Ashcroft ( or was she just there because the electric power was still on? ).
NEXT THE RATS DESERTED THE SHIP FOR THE COMING PANEL, WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE PART OF THE FIRST ONE WITH RONNIE WHITE.
Not wanting to spoil their RAT CIRCUS SIDE SHOW, GOP Congressmen J.C. Watts and Kenny Hulshof appeared on a panel to offset the smear job Ronnie White did in the morning. Watts began, " John Ashcroft is a man of the highest integrity ". Hulshof joined Watts because he was involved in the court case which White thought should be remanded for a new trial. Hulshof began with a description of why he was there, " As the co-prosecutor of James Johnson, a convicted multiple cop killer...", and was concerned about unfounded, " insinuations of racism ". He stated, " Johnson shot the officer in the back... murdered the sherriff's wife in cold blood in front of her children wrapping Christmas presents ". Even though he murdered four people and wounded a fifth, Ronnie White was the only judge on the bench who wanted to remand the case for a new trial.
Now it is finally becoming perfectly clear why the DIRTYcRATS didn't want this pure fact witness ( Hulshof ) to get in the way of their LYING PARTISAN POLITICAL ATTACK CIRCUS SIDE SHOW AGAINST JOHN ASHCROFT.
RATrick Leahy had noting to say to remove the STENCH surrounding him and his reprehensible DIRTYcRAT COHORTS, masquerading as members of thehuman race, let alone the totally and utterly morally bankrupt Democrat Party. I FEEL SICK TO MY STOMACHE.
Charles Schumer continued to smear John Ashcroft even in the face of his and his own party's disgraceful conduct of supporting a liberal activist judge with twisted, pro-criminal, views becuase he is one of their own kind, over a distinguished Senator who is very pro law enforcement. Leahy tried to give extra time to Sc(h)um(er), but Arlen Specter, who was cut off when White was up, objected. The SCHUMBAG could sense the RATS were losing whatever face they may have had left dramatically, so he didn't seek that extra time.
The DICK slapped every law enforcement officer in history squarely in the face with, " I come to the same conclusion Justice White did ( in the Johnson appeal case ) ". Oh great; give the murderer a new trial and possibly left loose again? This piece of work got emotoinal in his defense of both the criminal and the judge, though he did start with some phoney outrage at the horrible nature of the crime and in support of the original sentence? A DIRTYcRAT by any other description would be just as RODENTLY PARTISAN!
Arlen Specter observed, " This is the most heated confirmation hearing I have ever seen and I have been here for twnety-one years ". Specter showed extreme contempt for the Democrats on the Judiciary Committee, listing names like Robert Bork and Clarence Thomas as confirmation hearings with less partisan fireworks.
Jon Kyl offered, " Clarence Darrow couldn't have gotten this guy off ". Jeff Sessions also added a dosage of reality with, " The defense tried for a home run ". He continued to debunk any notion of racism being wildly thrown about by the liberla special interest groups, " John Ashcroft voted for every single African-American judge President Clinton sent up but one ".
Sam Brownback read five minues worth of letters from law enforcement organizations either opposing the confirmation of Ronnie White or supporting that of John Ashcroft.
LEAHY SLITHERED AND SLIMED, OFFERING THAT MANY POLICE ORGANIZATIONS SUPPORTED RONNIE WHITE, BUT OFFERED NONE OF THEM BY NAME? REMEMBER, ONLY ONE WAS FOUND YESTERDAY.
Ranking member Orrin Hatch debunked the half-truths coming from these liberal special interest groups and the Democrat Senators associated with them, by producing official court records.
After lunch, the COMBINED DEMOCRAT SENATORS PAID THEIR LIBERAL SPECIAL INTEREST GROUP CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTION DUES, squeaking in lockstep unison like the Roe versus Wade case had never been decided.
Bob Smith called a spade a spade, addressing the liberal special interest group panel with, " Aren't we really conducting an extension of the campaign here. Shouldn't George Bush be allowed to pick his own cabinet "? From Nashville, Tenessee, Judge David C. Mason of the St. Louis Circuit Court announced he was there because, " I strongly disagree that John Ashcroft is a racist ". He, " worked in the Democratic Party ", but was hired to work in John Ashcroft's office of the Missouri Attorney General.
Wade Henderson, Leadership Conference of Civil Rights Executive Director, " was here in opposition to the confirmation of John Ashcroft ". This guy took his time to smear George W. Bush for every liberal Democrat special interest group represented or not in the RAT CAVE. He disgraced even himself; repeating the Jesse Jackson/Al Sharpton black racist talking points concerning the imaginary voter abuse in Florida. He cried the loud the sour grapes of a man still waiting for the final election results to be manipulated in favor of his candidate who lost the election fair and square.
The Reverend B.T. Rice of the New Horizons Seventh Day Christian Church - St. Louis, said he was here to, " Register our strong opposition to John Ashcroft ". This liberal Democrat never lifted his eyes from the written pages he was reading. This so-called reverend played so fast and loose with the truth as to call into question his integrity and motives, not counting his standing with God or the Devil!
Robert Woodson of the National Center for Neighborhood Enterprise began, " I am here to today, first of all, to voice strong support for Senator Ashcroft for Attorney General ". He had no kind words for the NAACP and firmly wanted, " everyone to know that the black community did not speak with a single voice ". He closed, " Support this very noble man ".
Bill Taylor of the Citizen's Commission Civil Rights, a typical far, far left wing socialist extremist activist attorney, had, " serious charges ", to level on John Ashcroft. Well, that was all he brought with him, charges; though these charges turned out to be only unsubstantiated twisted words parsing lawyer-speak allegations. Why is it that when you accuse a liberal of somehting, it is only an allegation; but when you only accuse a conservative, it makes him or her guilty as charged?
Kay James of the Heritage Foundation testified for Senator Ashcroft, " John Ashcroft is precisely the type of individual we need in the public arena ". She called him a man of, " great integrity and intellect ".
The TOAD got Bill Taylor to say that Ashcroft defied a court order to come up with a voluntary desegregation plan, but then Arlen Specter got him to admitt that Ashcroft did submitt a plan. Man, how can these liberals look at themselves in the mirror after playing these reprehensible lying games? Taylor muttered that the court considered his plan so general that it amounted to defying their order. Why didn't Taylor say that in the first place, instead of blatantly trying to mislead the Senators and the audience? The only answer can be that he CONSCIOUSLY LIED, knowing full well that Ashcroft submitted a plan, though he or the court may not have liked it, and he rationalized his EXPOSED LIE by the ususal THE END JUSTIFIES WHATEVER MEANS IMAGINABLE, liberal catch-all mantra, when they get caught in a lie, cheating or stealing. I am astounded that this guy would try such a blatant misleading move while under oath in front of the Senate. I would contend that submitting a plan someone else thinks is too basic or general is far less ' serious ', than lying under oath to the United States Senate!
WHAT THE HELL WAS RONNIE WHITE THINKING, VOTING TO GIVE THAT MULTIPLE COP KILLER AND KILLER OF A MOTHER IN FRONT OF HER CHILDREN A NEW TRIAL? I DON'T THINK RONNIE WHITE IS FIT TO CLEAN THE FEDERAL BENCH, MUCH LESS SIT ON IT FOR LIFE!!!
After listening for three days it has become painfully obvious that the vast majority of law enforcement organizations approve of John Ashcroft, while the vast majority of far left wing liberal Democrat special interest groups do not. The forces of liberalism could not produce one single solitary witness from the law enforcement community who would say anything negative about John Ashcroft.
