Dan Burton's Government Reform And Oversight Commitee Hearings are heating up again and back is the king of deception, Henry Waxman. Waxman continues to block every measure in the search for the truth and takes up the commitee's time with stonewalling tactics. He blindly tows the DNC party line defense without deference to the truth. He is like some evil trained dog doing tricks for his master. He jumps through every hoop the DNC tells him to and continues his foaming mouth attack on an investigation trying to get to the bottom of piles of illegal graft that the DNC recieved in the 1996 election.

The House has found a bunch of checks to the DNC from the Lippo Group, and Waxman does not want the public to see them. Waxman continues to block the release of material related to Charlie Trie, and we all now know who he is and what he was up to. Also, they want Freeh and Reno to address why no INDEPENDANT PROSECUTOR has been appointed to investigate what the DNC is trying so incredibly hard to hide from the public; Waxman and Lantos continue to block her appearence. This DNC stonewalling and Democrat commitee member complicity in delaying the truth is beyond reproach!

Open your eyes Californians, how can you vote for a partisan attack dog ( even Democrat Representitive Traficant has described him as such ) like Henry Waxman? He whines like some terrible infant having a tantrum.

Will we see any Democrat on the commitee show an ounce of integrity? Certainly not the amoral Waxman or Lantos. Other members with Ds, yield their time to Waxman in an effort to use up as much time as possible in avoiding the truth. When are the Democrats going to stop this charade and stonewalling? They laughed at Senator Thompson's idea of Red Chinese illegal contributions to the DNC and they were proven to have happened. They now try to laugh off the next round of hearings. He who has the last laugh, laughs best.

Waxman's tactics are to deny and make light of any allegetions; and after they are proven true to say, " so what ". Is this what Californians think is in their best interest? Join in on the stonewalling conspiracy and re-elect Waxman for another term. I think the hole in the ozone layer is directly over Waxman's district!

Senate and House coverage by C-Span has helped the nation see the new lows that Waxman has discovered a human being can go, in defense of his blessed party. I thank C-Span for the opportunity to see our government at work and the " piece of work " that California has provided the national audience by their election of Waxman.

Charles LaBella ( Department of Justice Campaign Finance Task Force ) was hand picked by Janet Waco, but after even he urged appointment of an independant counsel, through an official 50+ page memo with exhibits; he has been sacked. His investigation pointed to the highest level of graft and corruption leading directly to the Whitehouse, and so Reno fires him ( I can smell the stench through my computer ). LaBella also says that the public is only aware of 1% of the facts pointing toward DNC and Whitehouse campaign finance abusess. Burton says he thinks it should be now obvious to all that the ATTORNEY GENERAL is protecting the PRESIDENT. Waxman chants his illogical defense, loudly and obnoxiously.

Louis Freeh testifies that all standards for appointing an independant counsel have been met ( including conflict of interest and direct evidence of " covered people " being involved ), and Waxman says, " so what " and attacks Burton, instead of addressing the issue! Freeh believes that DOJ has been irrevocably harmed by Reno's actions, all the way down to the individual agent. Freeh says he is FBI DIRECTOR and not a DNC " TEAM PLAYER ". Waxman is truely a " DNC TEAM PLAYER ". Teapot Dome anyone? Ignore the truth, ignore morality, ignore criminality, and ignore responsibilty; vote for Henry Waxman!

Waxman goes on and on talking about wasting money; as he wastes the time of the commitee. Isn't he the one responsible for wasting money, through his delaying litany of meely-mouthed excuses? The public will see through these amateurish tactics, and can only lose any small amount of respect they may have, for those voters who cast their lot with Henry Waxman, et al.

Waxman wants the release of depositions taken from folks under investigation by the Department of Justice, by the commitee before they testify publically. Is he trying to help the DNC defense again? I think, yes. Even the audience was laughing at that one!

Freeh believes that people involved with the DNC dirty dealings include Whitehouse individuals covered by the Independant Counsel Statute. Freeh believes that at the very least, Reno is missinterpreting the law; is that an understatement or what? Freeh believes an Independant Counsel would exercise a different form of juristictional authority than he; is this a hint at investigating Reno herself?

The political appointees at DOJ have turned it into a political police force selectively investigating only whom the DNC wants to be investigated. The career prosecutors and investigators are kept out of the loop on these matters, even when they are the ones who originally wrote the reports. It smells of political corruption, when the political appointees all have a meeting about this, without any of the career agents being present. Does anyone with an ounce of intelligence doubt that the Whitehouse hasn't been made aware of the current information, on what the investigation of them has uncovered? Still, Waxman continues to help prepetrate the stonewalling hoax to cover this up.

Waxman continues to waste the commitee's time by insinuating RNC campaign abuses and asking witnesses about this, who know nothing about it. Waxman has gotten so comfortable with twisting the truth and the Whitehouse spin/lies on this matter, that it is hard to tell whether or not he has begun to believe his own untruths! Why doesn't Burton bang the gavel ala' Gonzales and say, " this is out of the scope of the commitee "; when Waxman wastes the commitee's time by getting so far afield. Burton is trying to be fair; a concept which Waxman and the other " D "s don't seem to understand!

Tom Lantos is Waxman's best pupil in the class of no-class politicians. He lends his voice to the stonewalling and delaying actions of the partisan DNC House of Representitives attack dogs. Where's the leash? How about a muzzle? He spends his time making ludicrous statements and reading ridiculous letters, with no respect to the witnesses waiting to tell the truth. What does he think they gain by delaying the inevitable? He only makes his constituents look like a bunch of droolers, by electing such a partisan spinmeister-stonewaller cover-up artist ( and a bad one, at that ). The " R "s continue to question the witnesses and then yield back their unused time; while the " D "s yield to Waxman and he continues to use up every second of it changing the subject or clouding the issue. Does he hope to bore the people watching C-Span, into not noticing the depths the DNC will sink to in the effort to cover their dirty dealings and illegal activities in general?

Will any Democrat stand up for the search for the truth; we know it won't be Waxman or Lantos ( he likes the phrase, " so what ", when finally faced with direct evidence as well )? Does this indicate that they are all in it up to their eyeballs in dirty DNC money? Thank God that I am not a " D " any more!

Who do Lantos and Waxman think they are fooling? Obviously, they have fooled a herd of sheep into voting for them in KKKalifornia.
