Oh man, I can't wait to see the campaign advertisements and/or Hillary's lawyer bills, if she actually did run for elected office ( in New York or anywhere else ). Personally, I think the extreme left wing media has created this story out of thin air, to keep their precious Clintons in the spotlight ( especially the unelected one ). If you are looking for some groolie details, this is not the article, as I still question the validity of even broaching this silly subject! Anyhow, here are eight quick reasons that you may find easy to work into your cocktail party political conversations on the subject of a Senator Rodham in 2001.

1) It Takes A Village.

Not much explaination needed for this one. That is the title of her book on child raising. Just a tad bit communistic sounding, wouldn't you say? Yes. Well, ask to see her Fabian Society membership card, next time you see her ( or maybe Bill was the only one to possibly make it official? ). This book doesn't say it takes a high standard of morality or a strong family, but a " community " to raise your children correctly. I believe the family is the key, not some government official or group of fellow ' citizens '. That extreme liberal Democrat may have finally crossed over the left wing socialist line!

2) The Vast Right Wing Conspiracy.

Remember that media appearance a year ago where she said " ...the real story out there is about this vast right wing conspiracy that has been out to get my husband..."? In this same interview, she said what the President was accused of doing was gravely serious, but it would never be proven. To me, this actually proves she knew and condoned Bill's philandering. She never admitted it was impeachable conduct if true, but she said it would never be ' proven '? Sound familiar? Any way you cut it, it is paranoia ( but even paranoids may have people out to get 'em, huh? ).

3) Cattle Futures.

I wasn't born yesterday. Not only is she financially and recreationally involved with the brokers, but she turns like ten thousand dollars into over a hundred grand in just days? Pretty shadey, even if it was slightly less money and a bit more time. Ruminate, ruminate, cough up all the cud your ate.

4) Rose Law firm billing records.

Remember Castle Grande or Whitewater ( including any other name they used for " it " ) ? Whether or not the President got charged, those billing records made it crystal clear that Hillary was the lawyer of record on a sham transaction involving people like Seth Ward, Webster Hubbell, James MacDougal, etc. Just the fact that these billing records were subpoenaed and materialized way after the fact, in a most suspicious manner, could make for some interesting fodder!

5) Filegate.

Where is Craig Livingstone? He and other Clinton/DNC cohorts raided the FBI for files on Republicans and other perceived enemies of the Clintons, putting them into a searchable database. Naughty, naughty; didn't a recently deceased Nixon Whitehouse staffer spend sixteen months in jail for only one file? Hillary reportedly hired Livingstone, who then appropriated over nine hundred files ( for her to use? )!

6) Travelgate.

I feel sorry for career Whitehouse employees who get fired to be replaced by cronies. It has been widely reported that Hillary was behind the firings of a Whitehouse travel office that had been in place since LBJ's administration. Billy Dale, the head of the office, was even slimed by the Whitehouse ( including the release of personal information within his FBI file ), investigated by the FBI after the fact, and frivilously prosecuted by the Clinton DOJ?

7) Socialized Health Care Plan.

This is indirectly related to her far left wing liberal socialist tendencies in general ( and the ' It Takes A Village ' book ). She was given the job of overhauling the nation's health care system by her Presidential husband, and came up with a model that most resembled that from France ( blatantly socialist ). Federalizing around twenty percent of the private sector and initiating a national health care card system, sounds like the old CCCP to me. Big Brother is not only watching me, he is now operating on me!

8) Cronyism in the National Health Care Plan.

Lastly and possibly the tastiest, is the extreme cronyism with Ira Magaziner and crowds of DNC lackies exposed within her above health care plan. If you remember, a freedom of information act request was needed to reveal the depths that Hillary would sink in paying back those who helped campaign for them in the 1992 election cycle! Some observers actually credit this debacle of payola to not necessarily qualified individuals and companies, with the Republican takeover of the majority in Congress in 1994.

A more geographically specific reason could also be, 9) Her support of Palestinian statehood.

New York city has a large Jewish population ( you knew that already didn't you? ). I know I would think twice about voting for someone so dedicated to creating an official terrorist state adjacent to Israel, if I was Jewish. She sucked up to the terrorist leader Yasser Arafat and experienced readers know how I feel about the PLO, so this is a sore spot for me as well as the Jewish community. I bet, before the year 2000, there will be more scandals and many additional reasons why Hillary Rodham would be better off getting out of politics while she still has some amount of her integrity left ( though I believe you need a microscope to find any, if you can at all )!
