Oh, to be a Democrat, living in my ivory tower.

Oh, to be a Democrat, worshipping only power.

Or, to be a Republican, always taking the high road,

or, to be an Independent, refusing to accept the load.

I don't want to be an elephant, nor do I want to be an ass,

but it would be apathetic, an election vote to pass.

So, hold my nose and punch, I do before the appointed hour,

but the man who lost the contest is being such a toad,

that the stock market and our economy is running out of gas.

While my mouth is beginning to sour, and my mind is about to explode,

the liberals stealing the election, only find the dark and cower!
