The United States Congress holds the sole power to declare war and thus committ the American military to a sustained campaign. The War Powers Act only gets the President a month or two of war games, and what fun is that? The United Nations has a Security Council where The People's Republic of China and Russia wield the veto power necessary to stop a madman's military deployment in their organization's name. So what is left? The answer is clear, it's NATO.
Bill Clinton, being the devout Fabian Socialist he is, had his crew of liars disguised as campaign consultants ( including the likes of James Carville ) help elect Tony Blair in Great Britain and Gerhard Schroder in Germany ( they were run out of town on a rail, in Israel, I believe ). With NATO's only real enemy, The Warsaw Pact, gone but not forgotten, the generals of the nineteen NATO member countries are hot to play with their leftover toys of death and destruction; especially when their is a small defenseless target readily available. The parallels to the Allies and Axis from World War II sponsoring the parties in the Spanish Civil War in the 1930s, to test their new weapons, is beginning to surface in the current Yugoslavian situation.
Of NATO's wonderful successes in Yugoslavia, " This is America at its best ", Clinton said. Funny, attacking a sovereign foreign country, killing innocent civilians and helping to displace hundreds of thousands of refugees is not my idea of " best " ( more like worst! ). To a draft dodger like Bill Clinton, bombing a virtually helpless tiny little country which can't strike back, is obviously major enjoyment for him. Yesterday, he travelled to Barksdale Airforce Base in Louisiana, where those BUFFs come from ( that's B-52s for the nickname impared ). He was trying to look mean but only managed to whine, " We did everything we could possibly do...we worked and worked ". He then tried score some propaganda points with, " There are Serb military units herding Kosovar civilians together and gunning them down, then setting them on fire ". Whoa man, and then he finished with that above " best " line. This is really " wagging the dog " big time! Actually a bit more pathetic is how the rest of the NATO countries just fall right in line behind their great living God Pharoah Bill Clinton!
NATO's bigotted attack on the Yugoslavian Serbs, continues to score innocent civilian casualities at a rate that soon will bring it's score equal to, or greater than, even the exaggerated phoney Clinton/DNC/Whitehouse spinmeister estimates of alleged Serb killing. While cowardly cruise missiles take out whole city blocks of helpless innocent Serbian civilian apartment buildings and NATO aircraft viciously attack Yugoslavian passenger trains spilling civilian blood by the bucket, Madeleine Albright finally begins to let the truth sneak out. Remember how she was one of the quickest to step forward and lie for her precious Bill Clinton during the big Monica Lewinsky conspiracy of lies? Well, she may be getting paid back by Clinton for her wonderful blind obedience with this glorious NATO war to free her beloved Balkans. This is what she finally let slip, and it just about proves what her puny plan was from the very beginning, " The people of Kosovo must be given their own self-government, for which they have so long been denied ". That agreement the KLA supposedly signed, was for only autonomy; so what gives? Can you spell S-E-C-R-E-T D-E-A-L? I knew you could.
I believe the Kosovars should look in the mirror if they want to see war criminals, for their actions in the Clinton/NATO conspiracy of attacking the innocent Serbian civilian population of Yugoslavia is nothing less than an international crime. First it was just collateral damage but now NATO is targetting civilian targets. Sure they call them dual-use targets. They continue to come up with new excuse after new excuse, for attacking civilian factories and the public transportation infrastructure. As the numbers of civilian dead mount up, and the pictures of Serbian blood spilled by the drum filter out to the world, it is becoming abundantly clear that the Serb people themselves are the targets. Beside the pictures of a deserted and destroyed Pristina, Kosovo proving that the refugees coming from there were doing so because vicious NATO air attacks rendered the city uninhabitable; there have been intentional civilian targets attacked.
Here are two examples of avoidable mass civilian deaths and uncountable injuries ( I use the word " mass ", in the same context as the Clinton administration spinmeisters do. ):
An Associated Press article from April 6, 1999 was titled " Yugoslav Town Bathed in Blood ". It began, " Aleksinac, Yugoslavia (AP) -- Pools of blood, two corpses and parts of dismembered bodies lay in the wreckage of a large apartment building today in this central Serbian town after an overnight air strike. Yugoslav authorities said five people were killed and at least 30 injured when NATO missiles hit a residential neighborhood Monday night in this coal mining community of 17,000 people about 100 miles southeast of Belgrade ". Isn't bombing helpless civilian targets a war crime? If it isn't, it should be. The AP article continued, " A young physician, Bratislav Miladinovic, stood at the entrance of a hospital, dazed and in shock. He was on duty at the time of the strike. He said his sister and father were killed and his wife and child injured ". President Clinton could put a stop to this today, if he had a heart! The article by Dimitri Messinis ( I will take this off this page if he so wishes ) finished with " About 30 people were taken to the hospital, some with head injuries. ' An entire street was wiped out ', a local doctor, speaking on condition of anonymity, told journalists ".
An Associated Press article from April 12, 1999 by Veselin Toshkov ( same disclaimer as above ) titled " 9 Killed in Train Bombing in Serbia " was filed in Grdelica, Yugoslavia, described the attack on an innocent civilian passenger train by multiple NATO aircraft. " The smell of burned flesh lingered Monday as rescue workers used fire hoses and axes to pull charred bodies from the crumpled skeleton of an incinerated train, the aftermath of what Yugoslav authorities said was a NATO airstrike. Serb officials said at least nine people aboard the passenger train were killed and 16 injured when a NATO warplane bombed it ". This kind of murder of helpless civilians has been unheard of since World War II. The article continued, " ' People were moaning, screaming for help ', the state news agency Tanjug quoted one of the first rescuers, Dr. Tomislav Cvetanovic, as saying ". Are we going to start keeping score or what? " The passenger train coming from Belgrade was bound for the town of Ristovac on the Greek border, on the main Belgrade-Salonika route, officials said. ' After the first bomb, I ducked for cover. Then there were three more ', said Dragan Mladenovic ". If you aren't getting the point yet, " Scattered body parts, including arms, were found 20 to 30 yards from the train. What appeared to be missile parts were mixed with other pieces of wreckage thrown 150 yards from the point of impact. Nearby houses were slightly damaged, with broken windows ". And the incredibly cold blooded NATO reply sounded like this, " In Belgium, NATO said it hit a rail bridge considered to be an important military supply line, adding that ' incoming military reports indicate there was a train on or near the bridge at the time. Regrettably, we cannot exclude the possibility of casualties in this instance ', a statment said ". Get the picture? These NATO war mongers and truely heartless butchers!
You say that you want to keep score, eh? Here is the score. " Yugoslav officials have said 300 civilians have been killed and 3,000 injured since NATO's bombing campaign began March 24. There was no way to independently verify the figures and no details on military casualties have been released ". So the figures indicate that the Serbs are accused of murdering two thousand, and NATO has scored 300 already. Can you spell E-T-H-N-I-C C-L-E-A-N-S-I-N-G of the Serbs? Or do you prefer G-E-N-O-C-I-D-E? Both these terms are just as applicable to the criminal NATO bombing of defenseless and helpless Yugoslavian Serbs, as they may be unapplicable to the allegations against Slobodan Milosevic!
With his support growing in the hawkish circles of both American political parties, Clinton's possibly treasonous association with the Red Chinese military is all but forgotten. I find myself agreeing more often with the liberal Democrats these days, who have remained honorable, than the Republicans who have finally smelled someone else's blood in the water, after a seemingly endless feast by the partisan Democrats on their cowardly corpses, since they dared to try to expose Bill Clinton for the pervert and philanderer he was.
Bill Clinton has finally shaped his legacy. It is the legacy of the " Great American Dictatorship " or the beginning of the " Great International Dictatorship " ( with the U.S. President as chief despot, whining " new world order " at every chance )!
