Using tear gas, non-lethal bullets and horses the Los Angeles Police Department showed that they know how to handle innocent political demonstrators with permits when they will not disperse from their designated areas of assembly. Injuring many people and arresting those guilty of only trying to protect themselves from the hoaves of horses ( or wearing masks in public ), The LAPD PIGS proved they are number one in the land when it comes to police brutality and over reaction to perceived imaginary disturbances. The media has been claiming that nobody was injured but I saw exactly the opposite.
Not wanting to play second fiddle to, or be overshadowed by, the Seattle Police's disgusting performance at the World Trade Organization meeting ( Seattle Pigs Resurrect Nazi Stormtrooper Tactics! ( 11-30-99 ) ) last year, the LAPD began it's first day of Democrat National Convention security coverage by trampling innocent peaceful protestors listening to music provided by the rock and roll group, Rage Against The Machine, with a phalanx of horses ( not unlike the communist Red Chinese military, who use tanks instead ).
The scene was horrific as the mounted LAPD SHOCK TROOPS drove their horses into completely peaceful political protestors outside Staple's Center in Los Angeles. I was nauseated when the PIGS coaxed their horses in mass to trap the people against chain link fences to be viciously trampled by the organized groups of police brutalizers. The whole thing was sickening to see, as the COPS WERE TOTALLY OUT OF CONTROL and acting in a much more criminal manner than the vast majority of protestors. This was not a riot like after the recent Los Angeles Laker National Basketball Association victory where three vehicles were burned, but a VIOLENT CALCULATED ATTACK BY A CRIMINAL POLICE DEPARTMENT UNDER INVESTIGATION FOR CORRUPTION AT THE HIGHEST LEVELS OF IT'S AUTHORITY! Lack of provocation was not to stop the VICIOUS NAZI POLICE STATE TACTICS of a demonstrably wholely corrupt police department racked by recent scandal and anxious to prove their mettle. Well, they proved it alright!
LAPD PROVED BEYOND A SHADOW OF A DOUBT THAT THEY CAN STILL DO THE OLD 60'S PIG THING!!!
LAPD uber alles police state advocates may say that the disturbance started after the police pulled the plug on Rage Against The Machine, a rather left wing rock music group themselves. Even of you accept their rationalization on it's face value, the video tape of the mounted units intentionally smashing people against chain link fences and having their horses trample people in the arms, legs, faces and body speaks for itself!
Sadly, at least one peaceful innocent demonstrator was removed from the area on a hard-back gurney designed for spinal injury patients, with appliances attached to his body which would seem to indicate paralysis. Remember, this is contrary to what the liberal Democrat news media reported, eager not give their precious DNC gathering any hint of negativity or similarity to the Chicago ordeal. I wonder how many millions of dollars that guy will be suing the City of Los Angeles for?
KKKalifornia State Senator Tom Hayden, someone with whom I hardly ever agree, was present at much of the police brutality and indicated on national television that he saw numerous injuries inflicted upon innocents by an out of control police department, including the use of gas, non-lethal bullets and equestrian units. On the flip side, Police Chief Bernard Parks arrogantly said, " When people turn violent, we cannot tolerate that ". I would ask; what do you do when the police themselves turn violent?
The actions and over reactions of clear cut police brutality threw me right back to the 60s and dredged up memories of Kent State, etc. The extreme un-called for brutality on the part of an out of control group of legalized criminal police units must not go unpunished and their ring leader, Chief Parks should resign or face prosecution!
