I almost lost my cookies when I read an Associated Press story where they reported that the NEA ( National Educational Association ) called Hillary Clinton a " national treasure ". What a complete joke. She is more like the ' national lump of coal in your Christmas stocking ', than a ' treasure '.
The undeniable fact is that in Arkansas, under then Governor Bill Clinton, the state was rated forty-eighth out of fifty in national educational standards. Bill gave the ' national treasure ', the job of overhauling that poor excuse for a public school system. Okay, she was wildly successful and managed to take them from forty-eighth to fiftieth ( that's out of fifty, folks, so that means last place ). I guess she thought the greater the number the better? Oh well, I bet the Little Rock FOBs ( Friends Of Bill ) made a Mena Airport smuggling plane full of cash out of deals made by the First Lady of Arkansas ( remember, it does take a village idiot? )!
Sadly, yesterday, NEA president Bob Chase showed his socialist or liberal Democrat choke-chain marks by awarding the associations highest honor to Hillary Clinton for doing absolutely nothing right. Hillary has managed to have the reverse Midas Touch on everything she attempts, so we must assume that Chase is a devout Fabian Socialist like Hillary and just loved her communism advocating, personal responsibility avoiding, book, " It Takes A Village ". Chase announced the Marxist Hillary as, " Hillary is a unique woman and a national treasure ".
Chase continued the dog and pony show, playing the part of dog, with, " She has spoken passionately about the need to reduce class sizes and other critical issues. She is among our staunchest allies and dearest friends ". You know man, talk is cheap and she has a lot of hot air to blow, but no results to show, except the negative results in Arkansas. Chase is a disgrace for trivializing his organization, by honoring the most dishonorable thing to hit the nation's educational system, since they began bilingual teaching in Czechoslafornia ( and the knee-jerk liberals have managed to keep it going even after a landslide majority voted to cut it off with a statewide referendum, Proposition 187 )!
While crooning about smaller class sizes, but secretly having her fingers crossed and playing to the teachers union on raising salaries instead, she Pinnochioed, " There are some who say that vouchers are the way to improve our local schools. I say they are dead wrong ". Okay, so it's alright to choose to have an abortion but not to choose what school you want your children to attend? This does not sound progressive to me, but just one tiny little step away from communism or socialism. She continued so to say that 'smaller class sizes, high standards, parental involvement and adequate resources are what's needed to improve education '. What ' parental involvement ' is she talking about? A rubber stamp for the ' Educational Politbureau '?
Shame on the NEA, for being a PAC ( political action committee ) for the Quean Hillary Clinton marching and chowder society, instead of a vehicle to help our nation's school children ( check your dictionary for the meaning of QUEAN )!
