Clinton's Canine Jihad?

Clinton rubber stamps Palestinian state, from a pad colored with Israeli blood!

Ask yourself this question. If you were the producer of " Bill Clinton's Wag The Dog Media Show ", what breaking news could you offer the press, to over shadow debate on the impending House of Representitives impeachment vote? I believe the answer would be ' the Palestinians revoking the death to Israel clauses of their charter '. The next question would be; ' what would Clinton have to do, to make this Palestinian action become a reality right away '? The answer is to have Clinton endorse the creation of a Palestinian state. Knowing that such an endorsement would infuriate Netanyahu and Israel, the endorsement would have to be implied and not implicit. Also, a few American taxpayer dollars for the coffers of both sides would be essential, to complete the ' bribe for peace '!

As a teaser for this December 14, 1998 ' historic moment ', in a joint gathering with Clinton in Israel on Sunday, Netanyahu reportedly said, " According to that Palestinian Covenant, the State of Israel, and we, have no right to exist,'' and the renunciation " is a first essential step " for peace.

To begin the choreographed event, Clinton cut the ribbon at the Palestinian's new airport ( Terrorist International ), saying, " Hillary and I, along with Chairman and Mrs. Arafat, celebrated a place that will become a magnet for planes from throughout the Middle East and beyond bringing you a future in which Palestinians can travel directly to the far corners of the world..." I believe this will also allow terrorists unfettered access to safe havens in Gaza. Clinton continued, " a future in which it is easier and cheaper to bring materials, technology and expertise in and out of Gaza ". Does this include weapons and materials to kill innocent Israeli civilians? He then met with Arafat at his headquarters and attended a luncheon. At the luncheon, Clinton said, " For the first time in the history of the Palestinian movement, the Palestinian people and their elected representatives now have a chance to determine their own destiny on their own land.'' The action of this ribbon cutting event puts the first step to a Palestinian state in full official swing. Clinton's use of the words " on their own land ", was a further rubber stamp to the pending announcement of a Palestinian state.

Arafat then asked the delegates whether they support the peace process and his letter to Clinton declaring the offending clauses written in the 60s either void or amended. The vast majority of the Palestinian delegates responded by standing up and raising their arm(s) like a football stadium wave. " I hope this will close this chapter forever '', said Arafat. " This is the cancellation according to the formula of the Wye River conference. There was a vote, there was not question about that. The issue, as far as we are concerned, is now off the table ", said Israeli adviser to Netanyahu, David Bar-Illan watching a television. When a camera zoomed in on Ghazi Gibali, the Palestinian police chief wanted in Israel, he said, " Ghazi Gibali should be in jail, and there he is picking his nose "! Oh well, so much for full Palestinian adherence to the Wye peace accords.

Sounds great, huh? Here is the problem. Palestinian negotiator Hassan Asfour said, " Then we will raise our hands and stand up and applaud,'' but he added that despite the show of hands, this should not be considered a formal vote. So, which is it, formal or not? Netanyahu made a point that the vote had to be " formal ". Is this the beginning of a Palestinian denial that they amended the ' death clauses ' ?

Biting his lip, pounding the podium, " feeling your pain ", and invoking " the children ", Bill Clinton ' wagged the dog ' in Gaza, addressing the Palestinian National Council. " I thank you for rejecting fully and forever " the clauses in the Palestinian charter calling for the destruction of the state of Israel, said Clinton after a choreographed ' vote ' for this renunciation. This vote may quite possibly be as phoney as it may be invalid. Yasser " Yes sir " Arafat, may not speak for as many Palestinians as Clinton would have the American public believe. What we do know for sure is that Arafat is not in the best of health, and another Palestinian leader may take a much harder line on this issue ( as in put the offending language back in their charter ).

At the luncheon, Arafat renewed his call for a Palestinian state with a capital in Jerusalem. Oh man, this comment is quite likely to initiate a negative Israeli reaction. Isreal has always said Jerusalem is not on the negotiation table.

Further, In his remarks, Clinton said he would ask Congress next year for " another several hundred million dollars '' to support development for Palestinians ( ammunition, and more US and Israeli flags to burn? ). Yup, there is the bribe of American taxpayer dollars.

Not to be out done by her Presidential husband, Hillary Clinton spoke to female recipients of American taxpayer funded " micro " loans, used to start businesses in Gaza's refugee camps. Mrs. Clinton praised women with " small loans and big dreams " for transforming the lives of their families and communities, and announced 10 more loans for vendors. I believe that funding this type of Palestinian activity could easily be a front for funding terrorism! How do we know just where our money is going?

Clinton may have had a nicely choreographed warm welcome in Gaza, but elsewhere the welcome was quite less than warm. The welcome was vicious and militant among Palestinian refugees in Lebanon, Syria and Jordan. Reportedly, in the Lebanese refugee camp at Shatilla in Beirut, militants burned effigies of Clinton, Arafat and Netanyahu. In the largest camp, Ein El-Hilweh, reportedly militants set fire to tires and terrorists in miltary uniforms trampled on the American and Israeli flags. At Yarmouk, in Syria militants carrying signs denouncing Arafat chanted, " Clinton get out! Palestine will remain free ''. Obviously, none of these groups would have raised their arms renouncing the Israeli death clauses!

A few hours later, Netanyahu addressed the real issues to Mideast peace in a news conference in Israel. He did applaud the PNC show of hands with, " This is a very important step and I welcome it ". However, Netanyahu is not falling for this ' wag the dog ' media event hook line and sinker, as he urged that ' these are just words and they must be accompanied with actions ', saying " more actions are needed ". Addressing the entirety of the issues in the possibly recovering peace process ( and I do mean ' possibly ' ), Netanyahu brought up the failed actions of the Palestinian leadership of late with, " illegal weapons must be handed in " and " stop the incitement of violence ". He brought up another Palestinian concern, the release of more terrorists from Israeli jails, with, " we will not release the murders ". Remember, these are the mad dog arab terrorists who Arafat calls, " our heroes in prison ". When quizzed about Clinton's real hand in todays concessions by the PLC, Netanyahu down played Clinton's role with, " we stood firm; they complied ". Also, when asked about the US part in three way talks, Netanyahu said these talks were between two parties, he and Arafat! Netanyahu has refused to announce a time table for more Isreali troop withdrawls, until the remainder of the Palestinian conditions have been met. Reportedly, an Israeli official, speaking on condition of anonymity, said Clinton had wanted Israel to give something to the Palestinians in exchange for the PNC action. He said Clinton wanted both sides to agree on a further troop withdrawl on Friday ( which Israel could not and would not accept ). Man, we need someone more like Netanyahu as our President! At the same news conference, Natan Sharansky said, " Arafat's speech in arabic was much different than his speech in English ". Did Arafat leave a door open to renounce the renunciation? I'll leave you to interpret what you think he meant.

I have seen several networks herald the PLC vote as a victory of historical proportions for Bill Clinton. Here we go, the blantantly left-wing liberal media is just jumping at the chance to defend their fearless lying leader of immorality. Personally, I believe that Netanyahu was closer to the truth, citing Israel's steadfastness ( cancelling the troop withdrawls from the West Bank indefinately ) as the cause for Arafat's compliance. Politial pundits will now have yet another line of spin, to use as ammunition for their arguements that Clinton is doing a great job in foreign policy. Hopefully, the true nature of Clinton's failed foreign policy as just a media event driven charade, will also be illustrated by the examples of failed American policies in Northern Ireland ( no peace, no disarmament ), North Korea ( still building missiles and nukes ), Iraq ( still telling UNSCOM where to go ), Russia ( a bottomless pit of organized crime funded by the IMF ) and China ( rounding up pro-democracy dissidents and executing criminals for body parts )!
