Rudi is acknowledged as one of the best mayors the city has ever had, but his personality is like battery acid; every time he opens his mouth he offends or insults one group or another, who are too sensitive anyway. Look at the BANNER suggestion.

This Yugoslavia gambit is turning into a terribly tragic blunder. I had thought that through situational moral responsibility we might have been justified, but it's so bad now, I wouldn't know in which direction to go if I had to decide.
