Janet " WACO " Reno took full responsibility for the deaths at David Koresh's Branch Davidian compound outside Waco, Texas back on April 19, 1993. Today she passes the buck after being exposed as a liar, as the FBI evidence includes at least two spent pyrotechnic devices which were fired and possibly set the fire, that ultimately killed innocent women and children. The Federal Bureau of Investigation previously claimed that no pyrotechnic devices were used that day, but the military version of CS teargas is just that animal, as it is designed to penetrate much more thoroughly than the normal law enforcement version and the gas is aggressively spread by pyrotechnics. The Branch Davidian survivors testified in court that hot cannisters were piercing the walls and entering the buildings filled with flammable material.
The problem for defenders of this administration's Department of Justice is that I just happened to be watching the attack unfold live, myself, and saw the armored vehicles crunching through the walls as portions of the blaze erupted. The camera angles didn't allow one to look every direction at the same time, but it was quite obvious to everyone around that the FBI burned them out!
We can debate forever, whether or not the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms people were over zealous in trying to arrest Koresh in the manner in which they did, but that is all ancient history. Further, we can also debate the competence of the FBI and friends in burning them out, considering the presence of women and children within the compound. What we do know now, is that seven years ago the FBI lied about using flammable devices that day! Another kettle of fish, is the presence of the United States Army's Delta Force at the Waco atrocity site, as that is highly against Federal law!
Shaking like a leaf and looking every bit like the world-wide embarassment to the United States she is, Reno vibrated her way through a news conference of ' no comments '. This disgrace to the human race gave a bunch of non-answers to questions on whether or not the FBI may have started the fire which killed the Branch Davidians. Reno is only good at doing one thing; hiding the truth from the people!
Janet Reno's press conference was very reminiscent of her Senate Committee hearing appearences, when she often pledged to " get to the bottom " of everything she was accused of doing or looking the other way while someone else was doing. This poor excuse for a woman has no shame and not an ounce of integrity. On the FBI shooting the pyrotechnic CS gas cannisters, she said, " I don't have any information that they did ", and " It occured hours before the fighting started ". Huh? I didn't see much fighting going on, only tanks, breaking down walls, pumping in gas and starting the fires! Also, the FBI said they didn't use any pyrotechnic devices that day, and now it is proven they did; so why believe them as to when they fired the cannisters they claimed they never fired in the first place?
The Reno creature continued and offered this speculation, " We don't know that David Koresh wouldn't have started it ( mass suicide by self immolation by fire? ) two weeks later ", and " I have no reason to believe that the FBI was responsible for the deaths of those people ". When she was asked to speculate, and not volunteering to do it herself, her answer was, " I don't do hypotheticals ".
Whether or not these cannisters did cause the fire, personally I think it was the APCs crashing through the walls knocking over flammable liquid lanterns, this country is beginning to look more and more like Nazi Germany every day!
