Fearing complete devastation in the upcoming year 2000 election cycle, Democrats in the federal government are rushing to rationalize the disregard of their sacred oaths, in the partisan exoneration of Bill Clinton on the clearly proven articles of impeachment, to their various individual constituencies. For those who reside in firmly extreme left wing liberal Democrat majority districts and/or states, like Democrassachusetts or West Hollyweird, the job is an easy one. But for others, their jobs hang in the balance between decency and blind party loyalty at all costs!

For many Democrats this pleading, whining rationalization consists of trying to convince people of all party persuasions politically, just why they didn't uphold the rule of law, but instead let an obviously guilty, perverted man stay in the Whitehouse. Now that the " Partisan Minority Democrat Vote For Exoneration " has been cast, they are free to express the most negative opinions imaginable against Bill Clinton ( just don't go near Al Gore ).

While Senators like Barbara Boxer and Max Cleland run their mouths and make jokes ( they're the real jokes ), some of their fellow left wing conspiracy confederates ( arguably including a handful of Republicans like Arlen Specter ) are more concerned than others about explaining their exoneration votes ( covering their asses ) in a phoney, though positive sounding, smoke screen ( pile of unadulterated bullshit )!

These unbelievable rationalizations run the gambit from concocted reasons why they cast their vote the way they did, to sucking up to the feminists in general.

For one, it was being reported that Democrat Senator Tom Harkin says the latest revelations about the President and Juanita Broaddrick might have impacted his vote on whether to impeach the president or not. Oh please, I wasn't born yesterday. Harkin was saying the charges were not proven and if so were not impeachable conduct, on the day he cast his partisan Whitehouse-ordered vote of exoneration. He went on to say he may have voted to impeach Clinton had the accusations surfaced, but admits nothing can be done about it now. He's got the ' nothing ' part right, but the thought he may have voted any differently had the Broaddrick material been made public, is quite laughable!

Harkin also ran to the feminists with his tail between his legs. It is being reported that Harkin says a federal report shows that the wage gap between men and women costs Iowa families nearly two billion dollars a year and he wants to do something about it. Yeah right, like he ever cared about this before the Monica Lewinsky affair? To bring the touchie feelie Whitehouse into the impeachment vote exoneration rationalization equation, Harkin met with White House officials yesterday, supposedly to talk about the issue? Oh man, gag me with this sticky stuff ( sheesh, that may have been what Monica said one day? ). These Democrats have no integrity left, whatsoever!

Democrats are also trying to clear up the other areas of their rampant corruption, like foreign campaign money and the possibly treasonous transfer of technology to our enemies, which accompanied that classic quid pro quo.

For instance:

Last week on Monday, this was reported: U.S. lawmakers are angered by allegations in a classified congressional report that China may have gotten access to U.S. technology to improve its long-range missiles and nuclear weapons. Hey man, I was angered last year when the Democrats obviously knew this was happening and still defended the Whitehouse by attacking Fred Thompson!

Later in the week this gets reported: The Clinton administration reversed a liberal technology export policy Tuesday and rejected the $450 million sale by Hughes Electronics of a commercial communications satellite to China because of its possible military value. Now that Bill Clinton got what he wanted out of it personally, he pulls the " Darth Vader no deal " action? It would be sort of mildly amusing, if it wasn't all about political corruption and our own national security! This is pathetic man, don't these media guys remember the way Clinton cozied up to the Communist Red Chinese last spring and declared some kind of strategic partnership or something ( it's kind of like sedition in reverse, if you know what I mean )?

Trying to find the antidote to his poisonous foreign policy, Clinton had his phoney foreign policy rookies beg for North Korean cooperation some more, in scheduling the inspection of a secret underground construction site suspected of being a nuclear weapons project. It is reported that: The United States and North Korea opened a third round of talks Saturday on U.S. concerns about a secret site in North Korea. The communists in North Korea are still giving it right back to the Clinton administration by asking for a 300 million dollar bribe for access ( I guess they read Unlimited Access by Gary Aldrich? ). This one also would be funny, except that Clinton gave them nuclear technology as a bribe already in 1994?

Not finding the answer to his foreign policy woes in Asia, it is being reported that Clinton will meet with Yasser Arafat on March 23 to discuss a Palestinian declaration of independence. I guess it's the old, " if you can't beat them ( the Israelis ), join them ( the filthy stinking terrorist arabs ) "?

Obviously, the Whitehouse doesn't want to get near the issues of Northern Ireland or Bosnia/Kosovo right now ( much less Iraq ). These two issues are still somewhat in doubt ( though not really ) and they are both directly connected with any hopes Bill Clinton may still harbor of buying his way to the Nobel Peace Prize ( now wouldn't it be sick if they awarded the Liar/philanderer-in-chief that achievement? )! Additional manual labor in the trenches was done by David " Darth Vader " Kendall in issuing a blanket denial of the Broaddrick rape, but carefully referring to Clinton as the President, Juanita as Broaddrick, and the contact as an assault. This is a clever parsed denial, by calling her Broaddrick ( not Hickey, her name at the time ), by calling Clinton the President ( he was Arkansas Attorney General at the time ), and the conduct an assault ( to only rule out the truth of an actual meeting to the linguistically impared ); he has creatively managed to deny or affirm nothing at all. I guess, while Bill Clinton was in church, he was too busy looking at the women, to pay attention when the priest plainly said to all, " The truth will set you free "?

Has anyone else noticed how Bill Clinton always seems to have the temporary Midas Touch, but in the end the concerned parties are always left with lumps of coal in their stockings ( obviously low sulfur Indonesian coal from the Riadys and The Lippo Group )?
