Finally a glimpse of sanity from the state of Florida. The rule of written law was upheld. This was good news for the Stock Market, with NASDAQ finishing up 171.55 and DOW finishing up 163.81. EVERYONE KNOWS THE STOCK MARKET HATES UNCERTAINTY.
Before the good news, on the Fox News Network, extreme Democrat partisan DNC uber alles type, Congressman John Conyers finally slithered his way in front of the television cameras. He began with a lie, seeming not to know the latest news, similar to how obviously Alan Dershowitz didn't know he was offering up days old rhetoric yesterday; saying that the Florida Secretary of State has " arbitrarily stopped the manual recount ". Besides ARBITRARILY being the newest RAT MANTRA, Conyers knows darn well that it is clear written law for the count to stop at 5PM seven days after the election, with the only exception being made for fraud, mechanical malfunction or extreme weather condition ( HURRICANE ). He then compounded the first direct lie by misquoting that same Florida law? This should not come as any surprize to anyone, as Conyers never stopped lying all through the Clinton Impeachment scandal and was a laughable black Pinnochio, as everyone knew you couldn't trust a word that came out of his partisan DIRTYcRAT speech hole! I mean it was truely unbelievable as Conyers even lied that, " if the count is stopped, the absentee ballots would not be counted ". Is this what being a Democrat is all about; lying, cheating and stealing your way to keep the White House and now using the same vile tactics to install your Clinton Administration Clown Prince of Gore, no matter what the consequences are to the state of our union?
Republican Congressman Roy Blount of Missouri said, " Things here are starting not to add up. Are they ( RATS ) trying to delay things so that Florida misses certification ", and Al Gore is allowed to steal the preseidency?
James Baker did his morning thing, " Governor Bush was the winner of the election and the winner of the recount. There was no fraud. The Gore Campaign refuses to accept the results ". Baker compromised further by saying they would, " Accept the legal vote at the deadline today plus the absentee ballots on Friday. This way the lawyers will not decide the election ". He clarified, " We are willing to accept the manual recount as it ends today ". Oh man, I wouldn't have done that; the DIRTYcRATS can stuff a lot of ballots in six hours. Volusia County RATS harvested 98 votes for their Clown hoping to become Thief-in-chief!
Jim Smith, former Florida Secretary of State described the election law as, " Gives the Secretary of State some wiggle room in case of a hurricane. Katherine is doing what is prescribed by the law ". For all you Democrat words parsers, PRESCRIBED, means already written down!
Democrat Senate Minority Leader Tom Daschle said, " The important thing is to allow the hand count to go on ". Oh, ofcourse it is Daschle? Dog; we know your ( RAT ) operatives haven't finished their ( HACK ) job yet in counting ( STUFFING ) the votes ( BALLOTS ).
RAT-Rep Robert ' Wipe the spit from the corners of your mouth ' Wexler just blatantly lied, " The Democrats are essentially saying to let the votes be counted from those districts with the greatest problems ". Remember the much smaller Duval City with the minimum of 22,000 votes thrown out there! Wexler hammered Katherine Harris, saying, " She over used her power ".
The Democrats continue to lie about the statute which provides for delaying the count in case of natural disaster. Bill Daley attacks, saying that what Harris did was " illegal ".
Leon County Judge Terry Lewis made a decision to be announced by Terry Cass, to not block the legal process of the written vote certification deadline of Tuesday at 5PM. " The counties must certify what votes they have by the deadline ", she said and added, to the delight of the RATS, " they must file supplemental or amended returns and they should not be denied arbitrarily ". The key word here is ARBITRARILY. This means they must show good cause and the absence of prejudice to amend anything!
Amazing, the Democrat Judge actually ruled in favor of the rule of law and not mob rule. This is still disturbing, because the REPREHENSIBLE DIRTYcRATS IN THE FOUR RAT PACKS HAVE FOUR HOURS TO STUFF AS MANY BALLOT BOXES AS POSSIBLE FOR THEIR GREAT LIVING GOD PHAROAH SUCCESSOR CLOWN PRINCE ALBERT.
Failing to take no for an answer, the liberal news media continued it's assault on the GOP and the truth, called this Democrat Judge's decision going against Gore, as the first mostly non-partisan action by either side? So far, the GOP has been completely non-partisan!
IN A LIGHTER MOMENT OF NON-PARTISANISM, A MSNBC TALKING HEAD CALLED WHAT WAS GOING ON IN FLORIDA " THE LAWYERS RELIEF ACT ". Wow, NASDAQ is up 150+ points and the DOW up almost 200 points after the ruling? THOUGH THE SHAMELESS DIRTYcRAT CRIMINALS TRIED TO SPIN THEIR DEFEAT INTO A VICTORY A'LA IMPEACHMENT.
The Warren Christopher Puppet denied the truth and whined whimperingly, " Under this decision we now have a vehicle for the full counting. The Secretary of State cannot disallow the ballots arbitrarily ". He then said, " We urge the counties to begin counting again ". These liars just cannot admit defeat. These lowlife DIRTYcRATS are still trying to parse words and subvert the election.
David Boies was having a moonage daydream as the newest Gore Campaign lawyer ( liar? ). He had the whining sound of total desperation in his voice when he lied that the ruling declared the Secretary of State had acted " arbitrarily ". Hmm; he must have gotten some faulty legal advice from Alan Dershowitz!
Democrats really are the lowest form of life on the planet. How they can twist a ruling upholding the Tuesday deadline, upholding their right for additional recounts should the Secretary of State accept them, urging her not to reject them arbitrarily into; THE RECOUNTS WERE ORDERED AND THE SECRETARY OF STATE'S ACTIONS WERE DECLARED ARBITRARY, is well beyond any logical understanding of the English language? THE RATS WILL DO ANYTHING TO WIN.
Attorney for Florida Secretary of State Katherine Harris, Donna Blanton said, " Consider all the facts and circumstances if they can not get them ( returns ) in on time ". The two word answer is that every county's requests would be considered in the light of, " individual circumstances ".
With a countdown clock in the corner of the screen, MSNBC covers an outdoor meeting of a Kangaroo Court masquerading as the Palm Beach County Canvassing Board, staring the woman who designed the butterfly ballot, a bitter senile old liberal Democrat lady and a Democrat Judge; all of whom have tainted Florida with their extreme partisan rancor and attempted theft of our national election by the Trotsky-like RATS INFESTING WEST PALM BEACH!
The Volusia County administrators shouted Yah, when they read their vote total for Gore. This only goes to show the world that partisan political Democrat hacks are not doing an unbiased job, as they have clearly demonstrated that they can't even announce a vote total without making a vocal political statement.
On MSNBC's RATBALL, the ChrisMatthews/GoreCampaign Gestalt Beast allowed GOP Senator Chuck Hagel thought, " We should have a full hand recount of the state ", and, " Both parties deserve a fair process ". Democrat Senator Evan Bayh wanted to, " figure out what the people wanted ". Makes sense, the RATS WANT THEIR CHEESE AND THEY WILL FOREVER STINK. Bayh tried to get further into the RATLIGHT ZONE, talking about their favorite, " hanging chads ", but did make sure to touch one base, " at the end of the day, all counties ". He says that now, but I bet if he had a vote to cast it would be a definate NAY!
Entering the RATLIGHT ZONE came ex-GOP Senator Alan Simpson of Wyoming, who was not about to mince his words, " Everybody knows in real life that the longer you hold this open, the more votes Gore will get ". He continued, " This is about absurdity; this is Alice in Wonderland; this is crazy "! He had the guts to point out that, " A lot of people don't vote for president ". The line of the day was, " IF YOU TORTURE A BALLOT LONG ENOUGH, IT WILL CONFESS "!!!
The Gore/Matthews Gestalt Beast countered, " I think they are going to produce them legally ". The keyword here is PRODUCE. " If Jimmy Baker ( How dare he call him that! ) would have known how well he would do in the other counties he would have requested it ". You and your RAT buddies called Florida while mainly GOP districts were left open and they had many voters who went home without casting their ballots. This is a conspiracy of the LEFT to steal the election and it is plain for all to see.

They did temporarily pledge, " What we have sent up is our final number ". Oh man, the newsconference became a travel commercial and the networks couldn't take ant more?

SENATOR DUNGHEAP WAS TROTTED OUT AS A DNC AIR FRESHENER. Tom Harkin repeated the mantra du'jour, " All we are asking for is that all the votes are counted ". Q: Aren't we looking at a statewide hand count? A: " I wouldn't be opposed to that " Yeah, right, sure, whatever. He started quoting pollaganda and all tuned out!
A second helping of Alan Simpson yielded, " Republicans can never match Democrats in playing with ballots ". In closing, he predicted, " They will find their way to the highest court in the land for the highest office in the land ".
Katherine Harris opened her news conference to declare, " We certified returns from all 67 counties ". The totals are, until amended or the absentee ballots from Friday are added to the totals: Bush = 2,910,496 versus Gore = 2,910,196. The more important part was, " In Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade, they may be contemplating amended returns ". She then required the three to show cause by 2PM tomorrow ( Wednesday the 15th ) or face rejection of their additional votes.
To close the evening, Gore leash holder Mayor ( Boss? ) Bill Daley, looking like a Mafia Kingpin from 1960s Chicago, preached whimperingly, " Secretary Harris' new requirement was not ordered by the court ". Hey man, your partisan commie court doesn't control everything, Herr Kommissar! THAT RAT IS THE PERFECT RODENT TO REPRESENT THE DIRTYcRAT PARTY.
