Proving David Schippers' prediction of the Democrat action of trying to break the charges against the President down into their individual words and argue them each semantically, the Democrats began debate by wanting the exact words of every statement Clinton made, to be read to them and included in the articles of impeachment. This is the exact sham defensive tactic Schippers warned us about! The Whitehouse has obviously ordered their Democrat robot minions to adopt their own falacious hair-splitting defense. Sorry, this doesn't fly any more, we have all seen the President on video tape in the Paula Jones deposition, finally!

Sheila Jackson Lee began with, " I am wrapped in the Constitution and I had hoped we would follow it today ". She added, " Mr. Schippers did not convince me that the President made false statements ". I believe she must be deaf, blind or dumb. Which is it? Or, does she think the public is deaf, blind or dumb? Which is it? Democrats Jerrold Nadler and Charles Schumer made a an attempt to limit the evidence against Clinton, by having the committee put in the article of impeachment, the exact words and statements by Clinton, and only consider them alone. This is a disingenuous defense tactic! James Sensenbrenner ( R ) eloquently exposed this tactic as what it truely is, a defensive measure and a grand standing play, by the partisan Democrats! John Conyers ( D ) tried to continue the parsing of words asking, " what does this mean ", over the plain language of the first article of impeachment ( perjury ). He continued in a litany about how Clinton did absolutely nothing criminal. Barney Frank ( D ) pointed out that the Democrat censure motion only acknowledges the President's false public statements and not anything in front of a court proceeding. Bob Goodlatte ( R ) began to read the Nixon articles of impeachment, illustrating the paraphrasing way the impeachment document describes the President's impeachable conduct! Mel Watt ( D ) claimed that when you insert the word " perjurious " into the article of impeachment, you must specify the exact words. Okay, these Democrats are making complete fools of themselves in following the Whitehouse tactic of word games. I believe the public is getting quite tired of the semantics games, being offered up by Democrats, as a defense for, now quite obvious, criminal and impeachable behavior by Bill Clinton! Bob Barr ( R ), " They ( Democrats ) are seeking to limit, in advance, what data the Senate can consider "! Howard Berman ( D ) threw out any " non-partisanship " he may have ficticiously expressed earlier, and characterized the perjury as not being proven. Nadler finally admitted that yes, they were seeking to limit what the House or Senate could consider! He wants a " specific list of the words that can't be expanded on later "? This does not pass the sniff test! Bobby Scott ( D ) then brought out another recent Whitehouse/DNC mantra, that ' Clinton was not under an official oath '. This really brings contempt to all Democrats, who condone this type of misleading pontification. Bob Goodlatte ( R ) debunked this theory once again, by reading directly from the criminal code. Charles Canady ( R ). " The President has disgraded this country with his conduct and I will not degrade this committee ".

Okay, this Democrat self-degradathon got so disgusting, I just can't bring myself to quote any more of the phoney Democrat delaying tactics, trying to obscure the vile conduct of Clinton with outrageous conduct of their very own. Quite very obviously, the incredibly partisan and unethical Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee got together and decided on actions that would either help limit the charges against the President or disrupt the proceedings! Article One ( perjury in the Grand Jury ) of The Impeachment Articles against Bill Clinton passed on a party line vote. The Democrats once again made complete and utter fools of themselves, as they unanimously wasted every second of debate time revisiting all the lies they had said before. Article Two ( perjury in the Paula Jones case ) passes on a party line vote, with the exception of Lindsey Graham ( R ), and the Democrats begin their choreographed attack on Ken Starr once again. Debate on Article Three ( obstruction of justice ) was filled with emotional pleas of abuse of power by Ken Starr, from the Democrats. Article three passed on a partisan party line vote.

The Committee then recessed over night and will open debate on article four tomorrow.
