From Carthage, Tennessee, where he always announces any run for office to defer from his true Washington D.C. insider image, Al Gore began his campaign for the highest office in the land. The big question will be whether or not he can shed his Clinton yes-man image and con the people into believing his is not just as corrupt as his selfish immoral fearless leader.
His daughter announced him as , " the best vice president this nation has ever had ". I think of him more like the statue in the basement from Arianna Huffington's book, " Greeting from The Lincoln Bedroom ". Everyone knows Hillary was really VPOTUS.
Gore began by stressing " family values ". This is something the Democrat Party has very little left of. He said that he wanted to bring, " my own values of faith and family " to the White House. The only value I remember him displaying, is that of blind obedience to the President, no matter what crimes he has committed. He spoke Spanish like a real puto, and said, " Foreign policy is no game to be played for political purposes ". I say take a look in the mirror, man. The Clinton/Gore War in Yugoslavia was a total " Wag The Dog " routine! Gore has stood mute, while Clinton has run rough-shod over the American people, any sense of morality and the United States Constitution. He promised everything to everyone, especially feminists, the gun control lobby, environmentalists and the super rich Democrat donors who hope to be in high politically appointed positions in a future Gore White House!
Personally, I don't believe that he can ever live down that afternoon in the White House Rose Garden just after Bill Clinton was impeached by the House of Representitives, when he said to an arrogant crowd of Democrat co-conspirators that Clinton was the greatest president in American history? Whoa; anyhow, there are a host of other things that he has no answer for and will not be able to just ignore.
1) He was a total Clinton robot accomplice during the Lewinsky scandal of White House spinmeisters ( liars ). Those videotape snippets are already on the way.
2) He is deeply involved in illegal campaign finance abuses and the conspiracy to cover them up along with the so-called Attorney General Janet Reno ( Waco ). I am waiting to see how the Republicans work the Buddhist Temple video footage into their campaign ads.
3) He has lied to the people himself. Remember the dialing for dollars from the White House and his, " no controlling legal authority " news conference?
4) He also has a tobacco problem. You will be seeing the, " I planted it, I shucked it..." videotape, real soon.
5) He has a problem with the now proven junk science of the phoney global warming crisis. In fact the temperatures are lower and he has a problem with some predictions about the polar icecap melting in a book he had published a decade or so ago.
6) He was the founder of the Internet, saying he took the lead in " creating the Internet "? Oops...
7) Tree hugger? We know he is a whacko envirnomentalist who would rather believe emotion and special interest groups, rather than the facts given to him by the mainstream accepted scientists.
8) Gun control. He cast the deciding vote on a Senate gun control bill that would, for all intensive purposes, repeal the second amendment. The provisions that the Democrats would have you believe were targetting gunshows, were actually written to stop any personal sales between individuals or transfers of firearms between family members without the Federal government getting a bunch of new taxes and/or fees. Besides creating a new gigantic infrastructure with the power to enter any household to search for " illegal " firearms or buyers, the legislation would levy new taxes and fees, and/or banning all gun collector shows all together.
These are only a few of Gore's porblems, and Dollar Bill Bradley may have many of the same ones. Run Al run; you will be on permanent vacation after November 2000!
