While the liberal left wing ( remember communism is at the far left end and dictatorship is at the far right end, of the old turn indicator stereotyping line ) news media continues to BEAT THE DEAD HORSE of the Elian Gonzalez case to a ridiculous pulpy mess, in order to avoid having to gaze at ( COVER THE STORY TRUTHFULLY ) the likes of the LAME DUCK ( including his INCRIMINATING WHITE HOUSE E-MAILS to the ARKANSAS BAR ASSOCIATION? ), the fossilization of the ATTACK-PANDERING VPOTUS or his petrified forest of blatant illegal campaign finance abuse instances, and/or the communist RED CHINESE influencing our government and economy; I find it necessary to cough up a bit of pinko phlegm for your perusal.
Will the socialist talking head types, filling the television screens like so many bubble-eyed goldfish crowding inside a neglectedly water filled glass bowl, ever stop putting the Elian Gonzalez farce in our faces? I think not. In any other time and place, little six year old Elian would have been returned to his paternal father immediately upon his arrival in Florida, USA. From the LACKIES OF THE LEFT, like Geraldo ( Leon Trotsky? ) Rivera and the die-hard liberal-hearted pseudo-conservative Chris ' Gore uber allies ' Matthews, to the RIGID RIGHTIES ( trying to loosen up enough to do the Limbaugh ), like Ollie North and George Putnam, the ALIEN continues to steal the show. Tossing the approach-avoidance political football ( or the Cuban made official size and weight major league baseball ) into the Karl Marx memorial stadium in Havana, will be a grown up celebrity Elian Gonzalez, some time later in this century.
Mark my words; right now, the media is obsessed with disecting the ever popular photograph of the black assault clothing clad officer pointing his SMG ( sub machine gun ) at an obviously frightened Elian and his rescuer, but in a few years the picture will be of Elian the capitalist politician and Cuban Syndicate Crime Boss! Don't fall for the patronizing hype of the Clinton/Gore/DNC/Whitehouse controlled media and their spin ( lies ) about the importance of this picture ( both of them ).
First, the gun looks like a 9mm MP-5 and the selector switch is on full automatic ( not safe or semi-automatic ). The officer's index finger of his right hand is firmly on the trigger. The gun is pointed at, or at least the direction of, the frightened pair, Elian and his original rescuer Donato Dalrymple, discovered hiding in the closet. Imagine how many bullets would come flying out of that automatic weapon if the trigger were to be pulled even momentarily!
Second, the Battista regime which Castro replaced in communist Cuba was tied to organized crime elements operating drug smuggling and gambling operations covering the entire Carribean. In fact, one of the excuses Fidel used back in the 1960s to justify his coup was that of ridding the island of the organized crime infidels. Elian will become an icon in bringing back democracy to Cuba, but this rebirth will actually be the phoenix of organized crime rising again in Cuba ( with Comrade Clinton getting his cut? )!
Like the publicity hounds from hell, sniffing out the media satellite trucks, book and movie deals and their fifteen minutes of fame, the local Cuban population of Miami ( the immediate Gonzalez family? ) pushed and struggled for the front row positions in Little Havana. No shame was to be spared in the Cuban-American quest for the almighty U.S. dollar and/or television and radio airtime to further the publicity stunt of the turn of the millennium. From phoney scripted kiddie porn like staged videotape performances forced upon the minor child and concocted by the pseudo-kidnappers in Miami to the reality stretching pleas of foul being committed by the federal government, by the same strawman attacking dogs, only the most bored to death television and internet surfers will be fooled by the repitition of these Pavlov's dogs!
What really steamed me, though few talking heads even touched briefly upon it, was the constant scene of dozens of Cuban flags being waved without Old Glory even in sight. To his credit, George Putnam on WebRadio - KIEV ( Tune in 19:00 - 21:00 UTC, Monday thru Friday ) courageously brought up the fact that the only Stars And Stripes he saw was being burned instead of waved. If I could, I would ask these so-called Americans, crowding around the cameras, why they were not waving the flag of the democratic United States of America but the flag of communist Cuba!
The most interesting thing to me, is the altruistic basis of both liberal and conservative alike. The liberals may actually believe Elian should be returned to his father, and Cuba; so that future international questions of the custody of minor children from America, and their swift return to their biological parents, not be compromised or caused to be drawn out. On the other hand, the conservative doesn't want a child returned to one of the last oppressive communist countries in the world, to be turned into a nice little COMMIE RAT; but given the chance to grow up with freedom ringing in his ears. It is quite impossible to find a malicious intent in either one of these sharply contrasting views!
The Cubists are just playing the media money game with distorted images of dollar signs dancing in their swelled heads like melting Salvidor Dali timepieces. The more turmoil, mayhem and general public interest these SCAM ARTISTS can generate will mean the more Hollywood money ( virtual ransom? ) they can ask for the movie of the week rights. Did you see the way the Mama-Gonzalez Monster wildly gestured herself through a videotape rendering of her version of the ' Taking of Elian ', wherein you wished F. Lee Bailey's lie detector was firmly attached to her? These amateurs just don't know how to do GORILLA THEATER. It had the look of a colorized black and white Mexican wrestling movie. The one thing they do understand is that the American public will lose interest and they are playing this thing out to the better end, as quickly as possible.
I still SMELL A BIG FAT COMMIE RAT, when I see an impeached president's lawyer flying to Cuba to consult with them ( Castro? ). Additionally, so-called lawyers and masquerading lawyers or representitives like Kendal Coffey, Greg Craig and Linda Osberg-Braun, who refuse to go get another life and keep showing up for the television cameras, only make matters seem more obviously contrived ala' " Wag The Dog " ( Wag The Kid? ).
Don't forget Red China, the World Trade Organization, the joke of what has become of the VPOTUS, the possible disbarrment of WJC and the White House witholding of subpoened e-mails. These issues are what they beat the dead horse with!
